Introduction

Ilorin Journal of Economic Policy (IJEP) is a double blind, peer reviewed, open access journal.  Journal allows unlimited and free access to all its contents with no restrictions to all users. All articles published in IJEP are immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download, copy and distribute. As an open access journal, any article published in this journal is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

User rights:

Users are allowed to distribute and copy the article; create extracts, abstracts, and other revised versions, adaptations or derivative works of or from an article (such as a translation); include in a collective work; and text or data mine the article. These uses are permitted, provided the user: gives appropriate credit to the author(s) (with a link to the formal publication through the relevant DOI); includes a link to the license; indicates if changes were made; and does not represent the author(s) as endorsing the adaptation of the article or modify the article in such a way as to damage the authors' honor or reputation.

The use of the articles is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) license as currently displayed on https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.en. That is, the author(s) retains copyright, while the users are free to share (download, copy, redistribute), and adapt the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Authorship and Copyright policy: Ilorin Journal of Economic Policy publishes articles that are open-access under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY-4.0). Authors who publish with IJEP agree to the terms of the CC-BY 4.0 license. The CC-BY 4.0 license does not apply to third-party materials that display a copyright notice to prohibit copying.

The author(s) warrants that the article is original, written by stated author(s), has not been published before (not under consideration elsewhere). The article contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).
